Since 2010, Edward Solter III, an experienced residential mortgage professional, has served as a branch and area manager for Fairway Independent Mortgage Corp. His duties include hiring and assessing all branch personnel and driving business operations to provide home mortgage products such as reverse and fixed-rate mortgage loans. He also helps clients navigate the complexities of Federal Housing Administration loans, United States Department of Agriculture mortgage loans, and Department of Veterans Affairs mortgage loans.

In addition to membership in Fairway Independent Mortgage's Chairman’s Club and Presidents Club, Mr. Solter received recognition as a leading mortgage originator by Scotsman Guide, Mortgage Executive Magazine, and the Austin Business Journal. He also wrote an article for Mortgage Executive Magazine.

Mr. Solter earned a business administration degree in college. He attends various annual conferences to stay current on industry events, including residential mortgage lending trends. Mr. Solter also goes on professional trips with Fairway’s Chairman's Club.
